BBQ joint serving lunch, and dinner. We smoke all of our meats fresh daily (about 14 hours). All of our sides and desserts are homemade from scratch.
We've won numerous awards for our meats including two grand championships in 2011. We also cater to any size event from corporate events to weddings.
Michael found his passion for cooking when he moved to his grandparent's farm in the South of Texas, back in 2000. His cooking skills and the freshness of the ingredients found on the farm, gave him the idea of a one of a kind restaurant in Utah.
